The 2009 Composite learning index : measuring Canada's progress in lifelong learning / Canadian Council on Learning.
The Composite Learning Index (CLI) is an annual measure of Canada's progress in lifelong learning. It is based on statistical information from a variety of sources that reflect the many ways Canadians learn. The 2009 index is organized into four pillars: learning to know, learning to do, learning to live together, and learning to be. This booklet presents an overview of the 2009 CLI. For the first time, Canada's overall score on the CLI dropped from the previous year.
