Disk 2 (29 min.): This video addresses how teachers think about guidance and disipline, the influences affecting what they consider either acceptable or challenging behavior, and why they think children's behavior should be considered as "mistaken" rather than "wrong." Teachers also discuss the importnace of teamwork and staff support in helping them deal with the challenging behavior more prevelent in the new millenium. Disk 3 (37 min.): This video focuses on helping children to develop self-disipline, problem-solving skills and a stronger sense of themselves. It provides positive and proven-effective stratagies teachers can use to help children learn to become more self-disiplined and more self-confident.
